| Sullivan Dazzles in Bethesda Win | Getting an impressive start from Adam Sullivan, Bethesda beat Bel Air by the score of 6-1. Steve Paul converted his 39th save in 41 tries. The first-place Hornets, at 70-54, now lead their division by 4½ games.
Sullivan's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 6 strikeouts in 8 innings while allowing 4 hits. Sullivan, who is tied for 2nd in the DML with a 0.91 WHIP, goes to 16-9 on the year with 198 strikeouts.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Sullivan said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
