Brownsville Rallies for 6-1 Victory
The Moose Jaw Warriors got a superb performance from pitcher Edgar Monterroso, but the Brownsville Bandits still won the game, 6-1. Monterroso threw 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball. Victor Delgado, now 4-8, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.1 innings. Brownsville now sits at 59-62, while Moose Jaw falls to 67-56.

Ramon Rivera came through with a big-time hit for Brownsville. The left fielder smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 3-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"They beat us fair and square," Moose Jaw skipper José Soto said.
