The Mexico City Luchadores picked up a win at The Royal Grounds, knocking off the Vancouver Pioneers, 7-3. On the mound for Mexico City was left-hander Duane Alcock. He played a key role in the triumph. The Mexico City winning streak has reached 3 games.

Mexico City took a 5-2 lead on Jose Campos's 14th double of the season. The bases-clearing double, which Campos hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Vancouver pitcher Clay Clermont visibly frustrated.

"I just tried to attack the bottom of the zone," Alcock said.
