Luchadores Fall to Sasquatch Late
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Seattle Sasquatch and Mexico City Luchadores.

The Mexico City Luchadores could not turn a fine performance from center fielder Ghaysun Azizi into a win. Instead, the Seattle Sasquatch prevailed, 6-4. Azizi hit 2 home runs. The win was credited to 22-year old right-handed pitcher Martin Butler in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Robby Arroyo took the loss.

Had Tyler Clark not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Clark hit a 2-run single. That made the score 5-4, in favor of the Sasquatch.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Clark told the Seattle Herald.

Seattle is in 5th place in the Roberto Clemente League Mike Brouillette Division with a record of 24-29.
