Victory Pushes Sting Record to 63-55 | The Houston Sting grabbed a 7-2 win over the Eugene Emeralds at Prefontaine Park. Houston first baseman Evan Engel went 2-4 with a home run, a double, and 2 walks, while scoring 2 times to earn player of the game honors. Houston reliever Kenjiro Masukawa picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Jose Ramirez absorbed the loss. The Emeralds, at 38-77, have lost 4 in a row.
