The Ottawa Civics finished off the St. Paul Saints, 5-3. Much of the credit belonged to third baseman Israel Madrid. Madrid was 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Civics. Greg Pond earned the save for Ottawa, his 28th. Ottawa is sitting pretty at 83-30.
