|
Jonathan Aguillar helped his team muscle past the Bel Air Princes, 7-4. In the game, the Moonbeam second baseman went 2-3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Daniel Ramos, the winner, is now 9-6. He struck out 10 and walked 3 over 6 innings, while allowing 4 runs on 3 hits. Josh Mullins locked down his 23rd save.
With Moonbeam leading 1-0 in the top of the second, Aguillar hit a splitter from Luis Bautista for a bases-clearing triple. It was his 5th triple of the season and put the Martians ahead, 4-0.
