Starting pitcher Juan Aldana gave the Carmel Apples a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Campo NoBos, 3-1, at BLM Stadium. Aldana got the win, improving to 6-7. He gave up 4 hits and walked 1 over 6.2 innings. He allowed no runs. Carmel now owns a record of 45-49.
