The Ocala Knights beat the Kingwood Knights, 7-0, at Stable Park. Starting pitcher Danny Figueroa was a big reason why. He held his opponent in check all game. Figueroa got the win, improving to 8-10. He gave up 7 hits and walked 4 over 6 innings. He allowed no runs. Ocala is now 48-45.

Ocala second baseman Conor Lynch contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fourth. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 78th hit of the season and put the Knights ahead, 6-0.

"Danny kept his poise and got the job done," said Ocala manager Alexis Coates. "He was outstanding."
