Victoria right fielder Christian Lynn was instrumental in helping the Vikings triumph, 6-3, over the Ottawa Civics. Lynn went 2 for 3 with a home run, a triple, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Matt Nicholas picked up the save, his 5th. Victoria now owns a record of 39-41.

With Victoria leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third, Lynn hit a fastball from Andy Portorreal for a 2-run triple. It was his 2nd triple of the season and put the Vikings ahead, 4-0.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Lynn.
