San Angelo Mustangs starter Cole Belgrade turned in a top-notch performance against the Memphis Blues at The Barn. The result was a win for the Mustangs, 9-1. Despite the win, San Angelo still has a godawful 22-70 record.

Justin Randolph hit a 2-run triple off Scott Roberts in the top of the first, which put the Mustangs in front, 2-0. In addition to the triple, Randolph had 1 single and 1 walk, while going 2 for 3.

"Cole set the tone with his ability to attack the hitters," said San Angelo manager Luis López.
