Kansas City Drops Another One, 8-5
The Buffalo Bison defeated the Kansas City Tornadoes, 8-5, at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. Buffalo catcher Landon Michaels had a superb performance. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The winner was Buffalo reliever Josh Swopes, now 3-2. The loser was Mario Villegas. The losses continue to add up for Kansas City, having now dropped 8 straight.

Danny Pellot, who finished 5th in the TML in triples with 8 in 2060, helped out the Buffalo cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 5.

"From the last whatever, five, six, seven games, there's really only one way to go and that's up," said losing manager Todd Belcher.
