Neuner Slugs Blazers to 14-5 Win
The 14-5 Bloomington win over Eureka was due in large part to Josh Neuner. The Blazers second baseman hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. Mike Kalk came out of the bullpen to earn the win. The right-hander allowed 2 runs on 4 hits in 5.2 innings. His record now stands at 2-3. The victory gives the Blazers a record of 31-26.

With Bloomington leading 4-3 in the bottom of the fifth, Neuner hit a changeup from Bobby Loscalzo for a 2-run home run. It was his 16th home run of the season and put the Blazers ahead, 6-3.

"Feels good to get the job done," Neuner said after the game.
