Princes Win, Now 41-28
|
Bel Air starter Edgar Pedro put the Memphis offense in a vise grip. The right-hander relied heavily on his fastball in leading the Princes to a 3-0 win. By defeating Memphis, the first-place Princes improved to 41-28.
Bobby Solano had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Bel Air. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Bel Air in front, 2-0.
Solano attributed the win to his team's "hyper resolve."
