|
The Victoria Vikings overcame a good performance by Chippewa second baseman Everton Hofland to knock off Chippewa, 5-3, at The drakkar. Hofland went 4 for 4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Ryan Britton earned the win for Victoria. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 2 earned runs on 8 hits, while striking out 6. With the win, he raised his record to 3-0. The third-place Vikings have won 4 in a row.
