A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Brisbane Bush Wackers and San Antonio River Bandits.

Brisbane first baseman Bill Simmons had a 6-RBI game, leading his team in its 18-7 defeat of the San Antonio River Bandits. Simmons picked up 2 singles and 1 double in the ballgame. Brisbane is now 28-27, while San Antonio is 31-25.

D.J. Reinhardt helped out the Brisbane cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the third baseman was 1-4, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"I warned the team before the game," losing manager Lemn Onkwani told reporters, "that I'm wearing the same pair of undies until we win."
