Bernie Aguilar could take little solace in pitching a good game. The fact is his St. Petersburg Pelicans lost, dropping a 3-1 decision to the Brisbane Bush Wackers at Baylor Ballpark. Esteban Castaneda, who is tied for 2nd in the RA in innings pitched with 59.0, was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-1. The losing pitcher was Bernie Aguilar. Sylvester attributed the win to his team's "steely resolve."
