Vikings Rally For Late Win Over Knights

The Vikings had to overcome a good performance from Kingwood pitcher Jordan Narcisse to claim a 4-2 win at Stable Park. Narcisse went 5 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. Armando Ferrufino was called on to finish, recording his 9th save. Dublin is first in the RCLA Dusty Baker Division with a record of 24-22.
Dublin needed the clutch hitting of Edward Peterson to notch the win. The designated hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Vikings on top, 4-2. For the game, Peterson had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
Peterson attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
