Led by 20-year-old Steve Mays, the Oconomowoc Five O's knocked off the Okanagan Lake Monsters, 4-2. Mays went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for the Five O's. Stephen Lowry collected his 7th save. The win brings the Five O's to 21-10, a promising start as the team looks to return to the playoffs.

The game turned with two out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Mays hit a run-scoring single off Jorge Alegria. It propelled the Five O's into the lead, 3-2.

"I like our mindset right now," said Oconomowoc manager Jorge Murillo.
