The Quebec Armada defeated the Eureka Hornets, 8-7, at Lucky 7 Ballpark. Josh Davey, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2062 draft, was a standout performer for Quebec. His 4 hits included 2 singles and 2 doubles -- this in addition to the 1 run he scored and 1 he knocked in. Eureka is 2-4 after the loss.

Had Mike Rudolph not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Rudolph hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 8-7, in favor of the Armada.
