The Campo NoBos had their hands full with Houston Sting starter Luis Alvarado, who frustrated Campo hitters while leading Houston to a comfortable, 11-0 win. The NoBos fall to 7-15 and continue their sub-.500 start to the 2063 season.

Alvarado, a native of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, was dealing all game. He kept Campo hitters off-balance, while giving the Sting 7.2 quality innings. Alvarado threw 100 pitches, allowing 3 hits and striking out 8.

"Luis went out and did what we needed," said Houston manager Barnabé Bacm.
