Okanagan got a terrific game from center fielder Lance Harding. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Ocala, 7-6. Harding was 3 for 3 with 2 doubles and a walk. John Cochrane closed out the game, earning his 6th save. Ocala, now 16-5, has gotten their season off to a good start.

Bill Sawyer aided the Ocala cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the third. For the game, the third baseman was 1-3 with a walk, while adding 2 RBI.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Sawyer told the Ocala News.
