Ocala left fielder David Kulhanek had a 3-RBI game, which proved instrumental to his team beating the Charleston Panthers, 5-4. Kulhanek picked up 2 singles and 2 doubles in the ballgame. Josh Prudhomme got the win, improving to 2-1. He worked 8 innings, giving up 4 runs on 7 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 2. Ocala is now 12-7.
Kulhanek had a timely hit for Ocala in the top of the eighth. With Ocala trailing 4-3, he turned a 1-2 sinker into a 2-run double. It was his 7th double of the season, making it 5-4, Ocala.
"I was a little disappointed," said Charleston manager Harry Howell. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
