The Marshall Lawmen topped the Moonbeam Martians, 6-5, the lion's share of the credit going to right fielder Ezequiel Ramos. On the day, Ramos went 2-4 with a triple and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Lawmen. Andy Gardner got credit for the save for Marshall. It was his 1st of the year. Marshall is now 6-10.
With Marshall trailing 3-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Ramos hit a fastball from Willie Aragon for a bases-clearing double. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Lawmen ahead, 5-3.
"It's still just a game," said Ramos, "whether you win or lose."
