Vikings Find a Way to Win
The Victoria Vikings outlasted the Nichols Gnats, 7-6, in 10 innings. Casey Dawson provided some punch at the plate for Victoria. He went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Gnats, now 4-10, continue their poor start.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the tenth. With Victoria trailing 6-5, Dawson hit a fastball from Eddie Enriquez for a 2-run double. In the blink of an eye, the Vikings had a walk-off win.
