The Bloomington Blazers and Bighorn Bison provided some drama for the home crowd.

In a tight contest at Arson Arena, the Bighorn Bison edged the Bloomington Blazers by the score of 6-5. Bighorn third baseman Chris Crofts, who blasted 1 home run, was a key contributor. Bighorn reliever Jeremy Harris picked up the win, while Eli Alvarado took the loss for Bloomington.

Bighorn grabbed the momentum in the top of the fifth, when Crofts hit a 2-run home run off Eli Alvarado. His 1st home run of the season put the Bison out in front, 6-4.

"If we play well, we'll win our share of games," said Crofts. "The only team that can beat us is us."

With the win, Bighorn improves its record to 4-1.
