Bison Use Late Surge to Win
The Bighorn Bison used a great performance from Wes Stith, who is tied for 2nd in the TML in wins with 5, to beat the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 3-1, at The Kaleidoscope. Andy Johnson earned the save for Bighorn. The Bison move to 27-23 with the win, while the Butterflies drop to 20-29.

Bighorn needed the clutch hitting of Bob Ferreira to seal the deal. The second baseman swatted a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Bison on top, 3-1. For the game, Ferreira had 1 home run and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"Clutch hitting plus clutch pitching usually equals a win," said Ferreira.
