Bison Earn Late Win
The Buffalo Bison overcame a big game from Eureka right fielder Alvaro Bautista to pick up a win at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. The final score was 12-11, Buffalo, in 13 innings. Bautista was 4 for 5 with a home run, 3 singles, and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Buffalo occupies second place in the Thurman Munson League Tim Ervin Division at 24-17.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 13th for Buffalo. That's when Osvaldo Guerini hit a solo home run off fireballing right-hander Dave Murphy to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"I guess we'll all be a happy family for at least one day," said Guerini.
