The Spokane Bulldogs electrified the home crowd with a walk-off win.

With designated hitter Ebert van Tilburg leading the charge, the Spokane Bulldogs defeated the Sandy Springs Spartans, 11-7, at The Kennel. van Tilburg went 1 for 5 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The win belonged to Andy Carr in relief. His record improves to 2-3. Steve Roth took the loss for Sandy Springs.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the 11th. With one out, van Tilburg hit a sinker from Steve Roth for a grand slam home run. The Bulldogs, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," van Tilburg said.

Even with the win, the Bulldogs have a dismal 40-116 record.
