The Louisiana Crocodiles took Kelowna pitcher Zach Clark's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Swamp. The final score had Louisiana getting past the Rockets, 1-0. Clark went 8 innings and allowed 1 run, striking out 7. Aaron Doerr got the save, the 4th for him this season. The Crocodiles now have a record of 73-61 with the win over Kelowna.

Louisiana took a 1-0 lead on Aaron Elting's 1st triple of the season. The run-scoring triple, which Elting hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Kelowna pitcher Zach Clark visibly frustrated.

"That's how you're going to be successful," said Crocodiles manager Peter McColgan. "It starts with pitching and it will always be pitching."
