Mrazek, Frisco Prevail in Pitchers' Duel
|
Outlander Park featured a tense pitchers' duel.
The Frisco Rams got a magnificent effort from pitcher Don Mrazek, who kept Silicon Valley hitters in check en route to a 2-0 Rams win at Outlander Park. The 'W' lifts Frisco's record to 66-67.
Mrazek gave Frisco a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 4 hits over 8.2 innings.
"Don made some good pitches in some situations he needed to make them in," said Frisco manager Joe Renken.
