Late Heroics Net Pipe Fitters 8-7 Win
There was no shortage of dramatics at Pipe Fitters Park.

The Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters outlasted the Fraser Valley Black Bears, 8-7, in 11 innings. Azregh Kamoga provided some punch at the plate for Niagara Falls. He was 1-1 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The 4th-place Pipe Fitters go to 86-65.

The decisive blow was delivered by Sam Bridgman in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a solo home run off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Jim Jackson to win the game for Niagara Falls. The home crowd went nuts.

"This place was rockin'," said Kamoga.
