Starting pitcher Jim Wallace fulfilled his part of the bargain, helping the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters stymie the Silicon Valley Hackers, 5-2. Wallace picked up the win for Niagara Falls, going 8 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 9 hits. He now sports a record of 5-2.
