Red Bulls Subdue Louisiana, 6-4

The Riverside Red Bulls picked up a win at Red Bull Stadium, knocking off the Louisiana Crocodiles, 6-4. On the mound for Riverside was right-hander Leo Diaz, who played a pivotal role in the win. Riverside reliever Jake Pendleton picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Dave Tryban was saddled with the loss. Earning his 32nd save of the year was Willie Chaparro.
Riverside took a 6-4 lead on Manny Jimenez's 16th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Jimenez hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Louisiana pitcher Dave Tryban shaking his head.
"We took advantage of our opportunities," Jimenez told the Riverside News. "It's as simple as that."
The Crocodiles, at 66-81, have lost 4 in a row.
