The Riverside Red Bulls got a magnificent performance from pitcher Dusty Gorman, who stifled the DeKalb offense en route to a 2-1 Red Bulls win at Red Bull Stadium. Willie Chaparro got the save, the 29th for him this season. The Red Bulls have an impressive 92-51 record.

Darrell Loermans, who is tied for 8th in the RAA in doubles with 29, aided the Riverside cause with a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the second baseman drove in one run.

"We came out on the wrong end of this one," said DeKalb skipper Eduardo Varerla.
