Moose Jaw pitcher Tom Clow did his part in helping his team beat the Frisco Rams, 3-2. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Clow yielded 2 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 9 hits, walked 1, and struck out 10. His record improves to 11-5. Justin Schroeder notched his 14th save of the season.
Moose Jaw took a 3-2 lead on Will Dudley's 6th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Dudley hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Frisco pitcher Carey Leblanc visibly frustrated.
"This was a tough loss," said Frisco manager Joe Renken. "It'll stick in my craw for a while."
At 91-47, the Canucks find themselves in first place in the RCL AA Gene Mauch Division.
