The Clearwater Seagulls went home winners at Chapman Field, thanks in large part to starter Jamie White. White stifled the Evanston Bishops, enabling Clearwater to grab the 5-1 win. The 4th-place Seagulls bumped their record to 55-64.

White went the distance for Clearwater, allowing 1 run on 5 hits, while striking out 7.

"I executed the game plan," said White.
