The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats beat the Marysville Monarchs, 8-5, at The Coffee Grinder. Buzzard's Bay center fielder Tyler Donnell led the way. He slugged 2 home runs, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice. Buzzard's Bay pitcher Daniel Thompson got the win, upping his record to 8-5. Carlos Rivera got the loss. Buzzard's Bay is second in the RCL AA Gene Mauch Division with a record of 79-38.

Jayden Byrd, who leads the RAA in RBI with 80, aided the Buzzard's Bay cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the third. For the game, the designated hitter drew 1 walk in 4 trips to the plate.
