A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters and Evanston Bishops.

Andy Olsen powered the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters to a win over the Evanston Bishops. The final score was 8-5. The Niagara Falls second baseman, who leads the TAA with a .472 on-base percentage, was a force to be reckoned with. He banged out 2 extra-base hits, including 1 home run and 1 double. The Pipe Fitters raised their record to 65-45.

Right Fielder Jose Cortez made an impact for Niagara Falls, when he swatted a 2-run home run off Lorenzo Rodriguez in the bottom of the third. For the contest, Cortez was 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.
