Windsor got an elite performance from starting pitcher Gary Selby in securing a 2-0 decision over the Sandy Springs Spartans. Earning his 3rd save for Windsor was Scott Kossow. The Royals improved their record to 67-44 with the win over Sandy Springs.

Selby ran roughshod over the Sandy Springs lineup. The right-hander allowed just 4 hits over 8.2 innings, while striking out 6. With the victory, he goes to 9-4 on the season.
