The Beaumont Drillers picked up a win at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum, dropping the Kelowna Rockets, 4-3. Brian Taylor, who is tied for 6th in the RAA in wins with 11, was the difference-maker. Mike Lake finished to wrap up his 6th save. The Drillers improved their record to 61-46 with the win over Kelowna.

Kevin Douglas had a direct impact on the outcome. Douglas contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fourth inning to put Beaumont up, 1-0.
