Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. T.J. Kirkpatrick of the Boston Whitecaps had one of those moments when he went 5-for-6 at the plate in his team's 19-3 win over the Madison Beehive at The Studio.

"I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 20-year-old first baseman told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years."

T.J. Kirkpatrick hit a solo-shot off Ozzie Lopez in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Junzo Yamabe in the 8th.
