Getting an impressive start from Mike Gallion, Frisco beat Kelowna by the score of 1-0. The winner was Billy Taylor in relief. His record improves to 4-6. Douggie Aikman took the loss. At 56-59, Frisco is in 5th place in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League.

Frisco took a 1-0 lead on Danny Benitez's 86th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Benitez hit in the bottom of the ninth, left Kelowna pitcher Cody Sokol shaking his head.

"It was a good effort all around," said Gallion.
