Beetlecats Get One-Run Win at Atlantic City
Rich Ansorge did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Atlantic City Rollers from being beaten, 7-6, to the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats at Casino Grounds. Ansorge went 2 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Picking up the save was Daniel Castro. He's now 7 for 8 in save chances. With the win, Buzzard's Bay pushed its record to 55-44.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Aaron McClaskey? The Buzzard's Bay left fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Beetlecats on top, 7-6. For the game, McClaskey had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
