The Louisiana Crocodiles topped the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats, 7-3, in RCL AA action at The Coffee Grinder. The standout performance belonged to Louisiana pitcher and Mississauga, Canada, native Bill Purcell. The 5th-place Crocodiles now have a win-loss record of 51-47.

Ramon Roman, the Louisiana center fielder, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the sixth inning to make the score 5-1, Crocodiles. For the game, Roman went 1-3, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Purcell.
