The Boise Hawks downed the Pacifica Shamrocks, 6-4, at Basque Block Field. Pat Blanchard led the way, going 2-for-4 for Boise. Bobby Fischman got credit for the win, improving to 4-5. He allowed no runs on no hits in 2 innings. The last-place Hawks own a record of 23-73.

Boise took control in the bottom of the sixth. With two out and runners on 1st and 2nd, John Whitney hit a run-scoring single to make it 4-3, Hawks.
