Rockets Come Back Late to Top Beetlecats, 4-2
The Kelowna Rockets had to overcome a fine effort from Buzzard's Bay pitcher Phil Jackson to win, 4-2, at The Coffee Grinder. Jackson went 6 innings and allowed 1 run. The Rockets improved to 50-47.

Kelowna used the timely hitting of Michael Stephens to seize the win. The third baseman stroked a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Rockets on top, 4-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

After the game, Kelowna manager applauded the team's effort. "They busted their tails out there," he said.
