The Seattle Sasquatch defeated the Pennsylvania Butterflies, 16-5, at Sasquatch Field at Brewbaker Family Memorial Stadium. Seattle catcher Ryan Catalano had a superb performance. He hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. Earning his 1st save of the year was Rick Clark. The victory gives Seattle a record of 27-18.

Steve Svehla had a big 3-run home run for the Sasquatch in the bottom of the eighth inning. With Seattle leading 8-5 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a fastball from Billy Seal and swatted a home run to left. It was his 3rd home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the Sasquatch ahead, 11-5.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Svehla.
