Buffalo Gets 13-Inning, 4-3 Win
Buffalo Bison starter Jonathan Solano pitched well against the Montreal Jazz at Stade Claude Raymond, leading his team to a win, 4-3. Buffalo reliever Bobby Milleville picked up the win, raising his record to 2-0. Kenny Goswick was tagged with the loss. Gary Halliwell earned the save for Buffalo, his 2nd.

Jason Thompson had a key at-bat in the top of the 13th. With the bases empty, he hit a double. It helped send Buffalo to the win.

"They tested our mettle," said Solano. "But that's good. It toughens us up."

The Bison saw their win-loss record go to 22-14. At the same time, the Jazz fell to 17-18.
