Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at FUBU Field.

The Evanston Bishops licked the Wichita Wolverines, 8-3. Graig McAndrew deserved a big chunk of the credit. The first baseman was 3-3 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 3 times for the Bishops. Willis Paulino went 7.2 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The left-hander struck out 4 and walked 3. With the win, he ups his record to 10-4 this season.

The fans who came to support the Bishops were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at FUBU Field.

"A great team win and something real positive we can build on," said McAndrew after the game.

The 5th-place Wolverines have dropped 6 straight games.
