The Spokane Bulldogs got a stellar effort from pitcher Justin Frisbie, helping Spokane score a win over the visiting Roaring River Steelheads, 3-1. Ernie Nielsen earned the save, his 15th in 18 tries. The win has Spokane at 30-54.

Ray Nasif helped out the Spokane cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the right fielder went 1-2 with 2 walks.
